Walking

Enthusiasts have started to promote walking. A friend of /Escape’s walks usually on Fridays from Makati to Boni Serrano area in Mandaluyong. With the help of step counters, heart rate monitors, and smartwatches, walking has now become a trend and this only consumes one’s energy. No electricity nor fuel is used to power up the trip. What you need is only the motivation and the care for mama Earth!
