#TravelGoals : 2019 International Destinations on A Budget

Hard pill to swallow : Traveling is always part of our yearly goals but adulting, bills and everything else in between make it extremely difficult. But you know what they say : you either find a way or you make one.

If you’re serious AF about travelling internationally this year, we’ve listed a couple of destinations which might tickle your fancies without breaking the bank.



Because of the No Visa policy that’s still in place, more millennials have been flying to Taiwan. Food’s great, weather’s great, lots of things to do and most importantly : everything is reasonably cheap. Taiwan sounds like a great idea, don’t you think?


Kota Kinabalu


If you’re the type to steer clear from top-of-mind tourist destinations and you’re looking for something that’s slightly off-beat : Kota Kinabalu might just be the right destination for you. This destinations boasts of several historical spots, beaches and great food too!

While the plane tickets might be a tad bit more expensive – a trip to Thailand is always worth it. You will never run out of things to do. And if you’re into shopping and nightlife, this place is going to feel so much like paradise. It’s also a great destination for solo travelers.


Hong Kong

Just a heads up : Hong Kong might be the most expensive city in this list. Some might even argue that it’s not cheap at all. While there may or may not be some truth to that, the convenience of coming to this city can make it very easy to work around a tight budget. For starters, you can get round trip tickets for as low as P4,000 and there are a lot of FREE tourist spots you could visit.
