This year is almost over but the last movies of 2019 just keep getting better. And the films this month will prove just that: all filled with fantasy and action. Here’s a list of November movies we can’t wait to watch!

Doctor Sleep

 

Here comes a new adaptation from one of Stephen King’s thrilling stories! Set years after the events in The Shining, Doctor Sleep explores the life of Danny Torrance after escaping the haunted Overlook Hotel and its deathly guests. But this time, his mission is to save himself and a young girl with a much more powerful Shining from being consumed by the deadly cult, True Knot. We already know this one’s gonna be hit!

Charlie’s Angels

One of this year’s most anticipated movies, Charlie’s Angels is here! In this sequel, three new angels (Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska) and a new Bosley (Elizabeth Banks) will be carrying out some of the toughest missions to save the world. Fingers crossed this one’s just as good, or maybe even better than the first!

Frozen 2

Disney can’t just let this amazing movie go. And neither can we! Frozen is back and this time, Elsa and Ana’s relationship are again put to the test as they go on a dangerous journey to find the origin of the former’s powers, as they try to save their kingdom. Filled with magic, fantasy, and the love of family, this film’s surely gonna be an epic one!

Dark Waters

Perfect for conspiracy theorists, Dark Waters is about tough environmental lawyer Robert Bilott (Mark Ruffalo) set to take down a multi-billion corporation that is poisoning the people of a small town. Based on a true story, this movie shows the risks Robert took to protect the townsfolk as well as the bad decisions people sometimes make for money. So, if you’re looking for a political thriller, you can’t miss this movie!

Unbreakable

For the first time ever, Bea Alonzo and Angelica Panganiban conquers the big screen with Unbreakable. This is a story of two best friends brought together by pain and promised that nothing will tear them apart; until one man enters the equation. The premise seems very relatable and we can already tell this movie will make everyone laugh and ugly cry!

Lucid

If you’re a fan of Inception, then this movie is definitely up your alley. Lucid tells the story of lucid dreamers, Ann (Alessandra De Rossi) and Xavi (JM De Guzman), she who wishes to stay in her dreams because her real life is too boring and he who challenges her to make more adventurous dreams. This idea is fresh in the local movie industry and we can’t wait to see how it turns out!
