2020 Long Weekends And Where To Go

Keep that 13th month pay secured and be prepared for adventure opportunities in 2020! Whether you’re looking at staying in the country or exploring a new environment, there are new places for you to check out. There are 10 long weekends to plan for and here are some ideas we got for you.

FEBRUARY 25 – EDSA DAY, TUESDAY

File that Monday leave and head somewhere close by for the weekend. Ever heard of Noni’s Resort? Pack your bags and get glamping. The resort is located in Alitagtag, Batangas. Book their Talisay cabin for less than 15,000php. The cabin is good for 4 people with FREE breakfast!

APRIL 9 AND 10 – MAUNDY THURSDAY AND GOOD FRIDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

Start Summer right, be at Siargao. Our suggestion, Suyog! Their Instagram worthy rooms are definitely worth the money. Their rooms are at less than 2,000php per night!

MAY 1 – LABOR DAY, FRIDAY

Since everybody will be out of town, sometimes it’s best to stay in the city. Spend that Friday night at the Palace and explore which kind of party that best fits your flavor. If you’re feeling like giving yourself a treat, book a staycation around BGC!

JUNE 12 – INDEPENDENCE DAY, FRIDAY

A quick international trip is best done in countries near the Philippines. We highly suggest that you try and head to the land of Bobba, Taipei! To maximize your trip book a flight by Thursday night to get at least 3 full days.

日落與街燈交接的時刻,也太美了吧🌇 📍Attraction : Xiangshan (Mt. Elephant) Hiking Trail —– ♥感謝 @jetsetforgood 分享美照📷 —– Taipei sunsets 🧡⠀ ⠀ One of our favorite activities in Taipei was climbing up Elephant Mountain for sunset. Getting all the way to the top is a fairly easy climb and you’ll be rewarded by amazing views of Taipei. We highly recommend doing so but make sure you head up early to get a good spot as it can get crowded.

AUGUST 21 & 31 – NINOY AQUINO DAY AND NATIONAL HEROES DAY

In the month of August, the weather can be unpredictable so it might be best to spend your long weekend in the city. Visits museums in Manila that will won’t cost you much. Even our National Museum is FREE!

NOVEMBER 1, 2, AND 30 – ALL SAINTS DAY, ALL SOULS DAY, AND BONIFACIO DAY

Fall season in other countries can pass by quickly so we definitely suggest that you experience Fall once in your life. One of the prettiest? Seoul, South Korea. Be sure to get that visa early because it can take awhile. The long wait is definitely worth it when you finally see the city in its prettiest season.

If you’re planning to stay in the city, the Palace has its annual Halloween parties! Pretty much where everybody’s gonna be at. Pick your poison as each palace venue will have its own themed party.

You definitely have to watch out for piso fares this month of December! Keep these dates in mind so you know which dates to book. Whether you’re planning to leave the city or stay and party with us, one thing’s for sure, 2020 is going to be big for everyone.
